On Friday and Saturday afternoon we become a traditional British Fish and Chip Shop! Fish coated in a light beer batter with proper sized chips all fried in beef dripping until nicely golden brown. Not forgetting, of course, battered sausages, fish cakes, mushy peas and a good old Chip Butty, all prepared while you wait.
